4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as your jomwin88 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts held by a different individual are not permitted. jomwin88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw Real Money Funds while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
4.6 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the banking section of the Platform. jomwin88 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jomwin88 are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. Activities including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and collusion between accounts for bonus purposes are strictly prohibited. jomwin88 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold winnings derived from bonuses, and close accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used and/or wagering requirements not completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on jomwin88 is governed by its own set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing a wager. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.
6.2 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or interruption during gameplay, jomwin88 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on the most recent verifiable game state recorded on our servers. Bets or outcomes affected by a verified platform malfunction (not caused by the Member's own connection or device) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. jomwin88's determination in such matters is final.
6.3 Bet Settlement. All bet settlements on jomwin88 are final once confirmed. In the case of live sports betting, results are settled based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jomwin88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the jomwin88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interfaces, and audiovisual content, is the exclusive intellectual property of jomwin88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jomwin88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Total Liability Cap. jomwin88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Funds held in the Member's Account at the time the claim arises.
9.4 Gambling Losses. jomwin88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by a Member as a result of gambling activities on the Platform. All wagering activity is undertaken at the Member's own risk.
10.1 jomwin88's Right to Suspend. jomwin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jomwin88 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account is being used in breach of these Terms; (b) the Account holder is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) compliance with regulatory obligations requires such action; or (d) any information provided by the Account holder is found to be false or misleading.
10.2 Member's Right to Close Account. Members may request to close their jomwin88 Account at any time by contacting the support team via the live chat function within the Platform. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to successful KYC verification.
10.3 Forfeiture of Funds.
